Hi,
I'm doing the HP Diagnostics Tool Module 2 - HPSA 9.x - Assessment. I can only get 6 out of 7 correct answers. But test IS buggy. I know I have all my answers correct, but it still says I'm wrong. I watched the video like 5 times, but I still have a wrong answer. And I only have 1 attempt left. What am I getting wrong? I'm doing the SQ22 HP Commercial and Consumer Desktop, Workstation and Notebook Service Qualification.
In all other assessments I got 80 to 100, and I completed them on my first attempt. This one question, I used up 4 out of 5 attempts. It's a matter of pride now. Which question am I getting wrong. The test doesn't give or indicate which question I'm getting wrong. My answers are:
HPSA 9.x by default, is set to auto update software, I said yes.
Where in the app can you contact support, I said in the Support Card
VR Agent is a bot that helps you with common solutions, I said yes
HPSA 9.x does NOT use POST to diag issues.
During Audio test if failed, I chose the answer - "Unable to Hear."
Weekly updates can be set in the Software Update settings
HP Support Assistant supports Win 11
Sorry for paraphrasing. I hope my post makes sense. I tried looking up HPSA 9.x online, but I can't find anything on requirements. Out of 7 questions, I think I have 6 correct. I'm getting a 78 percent rate. I just need to pass this or I'll go crazy. Anyone took the test? Any ideas?
