HP Dragonfly 13.5 inch G4 Notebook PC 6Q257AV
I am trying to set up Windows Hello Facial recognition on this computer, also a fingerprint, in both cases it writes the following message,
“This option is currently unavailable”
I have updated all the latest drivers for WIN11 from HP SITE ,
I entered to HP forums
I understood that there is a requirement for a camera with IR support in order to activate these functions.
Does this specific model have a supporting camera?
When I access the device manager, I don't see this type of camera.
I would appreciate your answer,
thank you

From the specs, the series has TWO options for camera
5MP MIPI-RAW Infrared with HP Camera Privacy Key
5 MP + IR camera for face authentication with Windows Hello
Manual : https://kaas.hpcloud.hp.com/pdf-public/pdf_7837143_en-US-1.pdf
Page 10 item (5) indicates camera which supports Windows Hello is an option. Therefore your machine may NOT have the right camera. Please use the following way yo find out
