Product: Eliteboot 850 G#
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I encrypted this computer when I got it. I've kept up on updates but have had an issue where I couldn't update windows for over a year. After digging in it's because by the drive is encrypted. I looked for instructions to decrypt the drive but I don't have a Drive Encryption option in my HP Client Security. I can't uninstall HP Client Security because it says Drive Encryption needs to be uninstalled. I can't uninstall HP Drive Encryption because I can't disable it in HP Client Security. Now I have a Windows 10 computer that hasn't had updates for over a year.
How do I decrypt this drive or get the Drive Encryption option by into HP Client Security?
