Hi, I have an HP ENVY x360 Laptop – 15‑ds1063cl, and when I go to the HP driver page it says “There is no software or drivers available for your product.”

I know it does have drivers (AMD chipset, AMD graphics, Realtek audio, BIOS, etc.), but the page is not displaying them.

I need the correct downloads for: • AMD Chipset driver • AMD Graphics driver • Realtek Audio driver • BIOS (if available)

Can someone provide the correct driver page link for the 15‑ds1063cl or the direct download links for these drivers?

Thank you.

Hi:

I have reported the issue to the HP forum community manager along with some other notebooks that should have drivers, but don't.

I can't help you with a BIOS update, but I have a similar model (Envy x360 15-ee0047nr with the same processor as yours, and I use the chipset and graphics drivers directly from the AMD website, and they work just fine.

Awesome thanks. Do you know when they might fix it?

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't have any info on that, but the Community Manager replied to me that he hopes to get some updates soon on the two model series notebooks I reported the problem on--yours and the Omen 17-cb0000 model series.

It will probably take a while for HP to actually upload the drivers to the support page.

If and when I get a status update, I will let you know.

Ok sounds good. I mostly need the Audio drivers. Hopefully they can get them up soon.

Audio works fine now but I need the drivers for the keyboard driver since that isn't working get Code 10 in device manager.

I got this update from the Forum Community Manager on the 19th:

"The last update I received from the software team is that they are working on identifying why the drivers/software is missing, I'll reply once I get more information, hopefully soon!"

There wouldn't be any keyboard drivers that I know of, even if the driver support page was there.

Try uninstalling the device, restart the PC and see if Windows reinstalls it correctly.

Awesome sounds good thanks. It looks like though it is unable to retrieve the drivers when I do the windows 10 64bit.

You're very welcome.

I see what you mean.

You can select W10 any build and nothing happens.

it just sends you back to the main page.

I'll report the problem and hopefully they will fix it.
