According to the specs I could find, your model PC came with Win 8.1 preinstalled, not Win10.

HP is no longer updating drivers for their Win8.1 PCs -- so there are not going to be any updates.

My laptop came with win 8.1 upgrade to win 10! it was written on the HP website!

And all the drivers for my laptop on the HP website for win10

Yeah -- I see that now, as I ran a search again, and this time, the site showed the Win10 driver page.

But sorry, HP does not tell us when they plan to do any driver updates, nor do they provide any schedule of future plans.
