What is the battery backup of your laptop or what it should be?

 

Bought this laptop on 17 June, it was giving me Battery Backup for 2 Hours only. Got the battery changed from the service centre, now the Battery backup is 2.5 Hours. Please be mindful that it has a 6cell battery. And my usage is very normal, mostly working on chrome and video playback. The product page says 13 hours of backup, I am expecting at least 4 hours of backup. The service centre says it will be between 2-3 hours. Please reply what is the battery backup of your machine or what it should be.

which says  mixed usage: Up to 6 hours and 45 minutes.

Those are the killer, I would expect 3 to 3:30 for normal usage
