What is the full model number or product number of your notebook?

 

HP has retires driver support for any consumer class PC that has reached 10 years of age.

 

I can probably find a reputable 3rd party driver site you can get the drivers from but I will need to know the model number of your notebook.

Hi:

 

This reputable 3rd party driver site has the drivers you need for your notebook.

 

Hewlett Packard HP ENVY 15-j000 Quad Edition Notebook PC series Notebooks & Tablet PCs > Downloads D...

 

It was only supported by HP for up to W8.1 which is why you don't see any W10 drivers on there.

 

If you are running W10 on your notebook, this W10 IDT audio driver should work better than the one for W8.1:

 

IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

 

6.10.6492.0
