I had just purchase a new HP ENVY x360 laptop but it keeps crashing when I use my OneDrive. It happens more than ten times each day.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help,
- Have you tried accessing OneDrive in safe mode?
- Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling OneDrive?
- Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
While you respond to that, let's try these steps: (Microsoft community)
Press ‘Win + R’ keys on the keyboard together to open the Run dialog box and type the following into the Run box:
Once the reset is complete, reboot the machine and try changing local folder location to see if it works.
