Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7221e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I bought HP Envy Inspire 7221e and i installed HP Smart. When i Saw that i can't scan from my computer, i asked Google, why. I saw that in HP Easy Start i can resolve the issue. But when i started to install the programm, he stopped on "Loading HP Account". Even after 30 minutes, even after 1 hour.
