Product: HP EliteBook 755 G5 Notebook PC IDS Base Model
I bought a refurbished HP EliteBook 755 G5 and installed the W11 from the scratch.
The Bios is also updated with MS-Update-Prog. to V.1.26.01(09/23/2024)
The audio keys are working. (F6 / F7)
The F3 and F4 are calling a dialog (HP Hotkey Support), nothing else.
Anyone are able to help me? / Thanks for reading. (Do not burn. )
Edit (2025.02.18 13:30 MEZ)
The sp91903.exe solved a part of my problem, now the F3 /F4 are adjusting the brightness!
BUT: The empty dialog above ALSO APPEARS an can only be closed with many clicks on (X).
How to disable this parallel program issue?!
