Hello, I have a problem with HP EliteBook Folio 9470M. After upgrading from Windows 8.1 Pro to Windows 10 Pro, sometimes keyboard doesnt work like should. Anything you gonna press, there is an multiple characters for example when you press "u" you got "*qwer" and airplane mode on/off (yes with one key). Sometimes pressing right shift helps but not for long and restart is needed. Same problem on my both laptops (same models). Reinstaling keyboard drivers and HP Hotkey software doesnt help. What I need to do? Keyboard is full functional and this is a software problem. Any ideas?

I have a HP EliteBook Folio 9470M with the same issue. I was looking for a motherboard when I remembered I know a guy who has the equipment to reflow chips. I took it ti him and he reflowed the GPU and replaced the cooling fan. $80 later my laptop was/is running like new.
