Hello! I want to recover my notebook to the original factory software and settings. However I change my SSD and all the the recovery partitions are gone. Where can I find any recovery media for my notebook? Or at least list of the drivers and software so I can download them manually. I tried HP cloud recovery but it does not support my system.

Hi:
Did you use the right version of the HP cloud recovery tool for your notebook?
One is for business PC's and one is for consumer PC's.
Yours uses the one for business PC's.
Cloud Recovery Client
2.10.1.17
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142501-143000/sp142993.exe
How to use:
If for some reason the above version of the cloud recovery tool does not work on your notebook, you can make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the Media creation tool from the link below.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
