I recently upgraded RAM from the single 4gb to 2 X 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz PC3-12800 sticks, but the system is telling me it is not compatible DDR3 Memory. Error is Memory Incompatible (2e3). System does show that it has been upgraded to 16 GB, but do I need to replace this memory and if so with what?

Hi:
Your notebook uses DDR3L-1600 memory which is 1.35V.
You must have installed DDR3-1600 memory which is 1.5V.
DDR3L memory can run at both voltages, but DDR3 memory can only run at 1.5V.
