Product: HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Base Model
Hi all,
I am using an HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2 Base Model, and I am running Windows 10 Home Edition.
Until recently, I was able to use "fn"+f3/f4 hotkey combination to adjust the screen brightness manually. I cannot do that anymore, possibly because of some software update. (I can still use hotkeys to change system volume though)
I tried updating the monitors and display adapters drivers from the device manager, as you can see below:This did not fix the problem. I also tried to disable/enable the generic pnp monitor, as recommended in another HP support thread. This didn't help either. Any ideas?
