It's 2023 and I am unable to update my HP ENVY laptop to Windows 11 22H2 update, is there an issue with HP?
Does HP no longer supports Windows 11?
23H1 is coming... Are we going to be able to install this update?
Please advise!!!

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, I don't know because each model notebook is different.
Yours may work fine on 22H2 and it may not.
I have a HP x360 15-ee0047nr notebook and it runs perfectly fine on W11 22H2 and it came with W10 from HP.
My notebook's support page has no drivers for W11 at all.
The only thing I can say is you have 10 days to easily go back to the current build if things don't work right, as long as you don't delete any of the upgrade files or the Windows.old folder.
This link from Dell provides the steps to do that.

Hi:
If you aren't getting the update via Windows Update, you can click on the blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant button (1st option) at the link below to upgrade to W11 22H2 right now...
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
And when W11 23H2 is released to the public (scheduled for October 10th), you can do the same thing with that.
