Good morning
I have a consistent printer issue on one of our HP Envy x360 13", OP system Windows11 (purchase date 2023)
We are using 2 different printers in different locations:
- HP 2050 with USB cable
- Canon 2030 / WLAN
I may be able to connect to the printer for 1 print, maybe switch the app I am working with, then want to print and then get...
"No printer installed"
I can remove the printers via the Windows system, restart, add the printer from scratch, would get a print out, maybe even a secon one, but sooner or later I get to the "no printer installed" point.
Strangely, my personal Envy x360 13" (from 2021) works flawlessly with both printers.
