I just bougth the laptop. At the first in the HP Command Center, i had all the thermal profiles, but now i have only 3, and there is no quite mode. Also on other tabs there is no info. Also, the function key to open Command Center is not working. Might be an update broke it? How to restore it?

@SmithGregory Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that the Commander not saving thermal profile.

Please uninstall the HP command center and install it from the Microsoft store.

To change the setting after HP Command Center has been uninstalled:

  1. Re-install HP Command Center from the Microsoft Store:

  2. Open the HP Command Center.
  3. Select Thermal Profiles.
  4. Click Learn more...
  5. Switch CoolSense to Off.
