Just bought an HP Envy x360 with pen and I have no idea how to use it. Where can I find a user manual, instructional video, etc.? I need help!

 Enter the device type and model name of your HP product

Next,

Open the HP Support website for your system.

There you will find several Categories, including Setup & User Guides

Open the category > Look for and open the User Guide

NOTE - User Guides / Service Manuals

Although most help documents might open without issue,

AT THIS WRITING,

There is a known issue opening user guides and other support manuals using Chrome.

Workaround:  If you have trouble when using Chrome  -- Use a different Browser.

Yeah, but...

It's been noted that this is not acceptable -- Understood.

HP knows about the issue.

When a solution is found and implemented, the problem will correct itself, likely without you having to do anything on your side.  No, we don't know when the fix will fall into place.
