I saw it mentioned on another forum that AMD will release official drivers on last day of Feb. So in three days time, hopefully. Maybe HP will be forthcoming with a BIOS update after that. Though I'm quite happy on F19 with 1GB video ram.

Installed 19.2.3 with F.19 BIOS. In terms of gaming, it's better than the old 17.4 drivers. I haven't encounted fix resolution problems with games e.g. Divinity Original Sin 2.

There's a minor intermittent green flicker with Chrome as per 19.2.3 driver "read me" infomation. This is not a large problem since I also use FireFox v65, Internet Explorer Edge  and NetFlix app.

Vulkan and OpenCL APIs was tested with GPU Caps Viewer. Doom 2016 Vulkan API was tested.

Specs: HP Envy x360 15z bq-100-CTO with Ryzen 5 2500U, 16GB RAM, 512 GB NVMe M2 SSD, 1TB 7200 RPM HDD.

On my laptop, Chrome with youtube problem only appears when the mouse pointer is moved on top of video as per Known Issues notes.

Hell Blade (Unreal Engine 4), Elite Dangerous, Sweet Home 3D (Java OpenGL), Pillars of Eternity was tested.

Installed 19.2.3 with F.19 BIOS and still with the Chrome video glitching, screen goes black for a few seconds, or and/or green. It's been over a year now. Never had anything like this, even with Intel GFX.

Running 19.2.3 with BIOS F.19, Chrome's Facebook video playback seems to be OK.

Driver CCC's Video setting set to Enhanced seems to removed  minor intermittent green flicker issue.

No luck with F.20, the system goes black screen while installing driver, and at every reboot I have a THREAD_STUCK_IN_DEVICE_DRIVER BSOD

Also, now that I am putting back the famous 22.19, the installer offers to install the newer version. I think that HP should put out the F.19-renamed-as-F.21 ASAP.

I just installed the latest AMD drivers on my machine running the F.19 BIOS...so far so good...now I can actually access Radeon settings since I don't have to force-install a desktop driver.

I am happy with AMD for adding mobile graphics to their driver releases, they at least rectified the situation, which is more than I can say for HP.
