HP Recommended

Does any of the HP Envy x360 13" or 15" come with the Windows Hello Facial Recognition? I'm having trouble looking and am getting overwhelmed by all the options. Thanks in advance.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

 

Locate Fingerprint or Facial Recognition options and click Remove under them. Choose to Get Started and then follow the on-screen instructions to reset Fingerprint and Facial Recognition. Reboot your computer to check whether this reset helps to troubleshoot unresponsive Windows Hello functionality.
