Product: Pavilin 15Z
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Purchased new notebook with additional External Drive.  After much searching, I have discovered that it should have come with a software disk.  Can't find a download online, tried going through Windows 10, and it discovered it, but gave the message "driver error".  Any help out there?

What is its model/product ? It should be a P-n-P device therefore no need to install driver. All you need is a software which allows you to burn. By default, Windows 10 has a basic burning software but I believe many people (including me) don't use it.
