Product: HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 (2D115AV)
I just bought this laptop a few months ago and only used a handful of times. It will not charge and the white light is flashing. It will work as long as the cord is plugged in but it will not move from 0% charged. I tried updating the BIOS version but it did not help. The cord is still new and it charges my daughter laptop. I don't know what to do. I paid to much money for it not to work properly.

Your machine is under warranty. Please call HP directly for help.
