Hi, i was trying to install my graphic driver to hp support assistant but i cant see my driver so i manually install my graphic driver but an error popped-up on the screen. did i download a wrong installer for my graphic driver? pls help, thank you so much.1.PNG

Hi:

 

See if this works for you...

 

Download the W10 zip file graphics driver from the link below.  That would be the 2nd file down on the left.

 

Version: 15.40.41.5058 (Latest)    Date: 9/18/2018

Unzip the file to its folder.

 

Go to the device manager, click to expand the Display Adapters device manager category.

 

Click on the Intel HD graphics adapter listed there.

 

Click on the driver tab.  Click on Update Driver.

 

Select the Browse my computer for driver software option, and then at the bottom of that window, select the Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

 

Click on Have Disk, and browse to the unzipped graphics driver folder>Graphics>igdlh64 (setup information file), click Next, and see if the driver installs that way.

 

If it does, restart the PC afterward.
