Product: HP 14 inch Laptop PC 14-f1000 (2L1B0AV)
HP 14 inch laptop PC 14. On trying to use hardware diagnostics/ UEFI it says that it is out of date and to go here
www.hp.com/go/techcenter/PCDiags
went to software and drivers and followed steps to download diagnostic driver (in all drivers) which said installed but when go to the diagnostic window in HP support assistant it still says out of date (version 9.0.0.0).
Would someone please say how to update this - with much thanks.
