HP HiDClass - 1.1.7.1 - 2015 / failed to update

hello can anyone please help me i`m stuck on windows 8 because this update does never work i tried alot of things  i`ve downloaded HP support assistant updated all my drives and it doesnt get updated it gives me an error that says: Code 80070436 and i found someone on this forum with the same issue https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Software-and-How-To-Questions/HP-Wireless-Button-Driver-Issue... was this ever solved ?28

and in device manager it says windows" encountered a problem installing the driver the name already in use either a service name or a service display name" hope anyone can help thanks

To find this product number P/N: this document.

Try to install HP Wireless Button Driver version 2.1.11.1 in order to resolve this incident.

it`s a Compaq Cq58 notebook pc  product number c4u80ea#bed  64 bit does that count btw  ?  i just want to get off this windows version ;(

Then extract (e.g. WinRAR or 7Zip) and install this file as follows:

2. Click Extract to 99bf9c65-4fc3-46ff-aa47-453265b8b52f_cd60418264d600507f0e11534abf9d773623f5c0\.
3. On the keyboard, press the Windows and R keys simultaneously. The Run window opens.
4. Type devmgmt.msc, and then press Enter key. The Device Manager window opens.
5. Right-click the problematic device.
6. Click Update Device, and then Browse my computer for driver software.
7. Click Browse, then search and select for the folder 99bf9c65-4fc3-46ff...., and then OK, and Next.
8. Follow the displayed instructions to complete the driver installation.

hey another update it says :found driver software for your device encounterd an error while attempting to install it so i don`t understand how is it not working but thanks to everyone here trying to help me

• Press Windows + R keys, then type winver and press Enter key.
  

If this is the 1903 version of Windows 10, please download and install the following HP Wireless Button Driver: sp98197.exe

but this isn`t windows 10 i`ve been saying previously that i'm stuck on windows 8 and unable to successfully fix the drive and the update is constantly falling for me when i ever try to update it sadly
