When I installed HP Hotkey Support patch from HP website (SP145069), it did not fix the issue.

When I tried to repair HP Hotkey Support via Control Panel - I finally was able to change the brightness, but still, it was accompanied by this warning message.

Even restoring Windows to factory settings did not resolve the issue.

Please help me.
