You can try to download the following version of the HP Hotkey Support program to install the update, 8.10.40.158.

托卢1 The problem is not the HP Hotkey Support program, in spite of the title of this thread.  Also, posting unofficial links to software downloads - and password-protecting it - is poor form.

It has been officially released. I tested it and it can solve the problem.

Unfortunately, the previous post stated that sp151095.exe is not an HP program.
