Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

So basically I get the error but instead of being able to just continue on, it’s stuck on an illuminated black screen and I can’t do anything. I can tell the computer is still on but it doesn’t appear to be acctually operating.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
