Hi, 

If I use functions and F5 at the same time it says:

 

HP Hotkey UWP Service

Error: HP Software Framework is not installed in the system

Please download and install from the link -

Note: Restart system after installation

 

PFA Attached is the Compressed Dump File Extract was per the instructions given in one of your post

If all you need is the HP Software Framework program, here is a working link to install it:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/caps-softpaq/cmit/softpaq/CASLSetup.exe
