The issue has been reported and is being investigated.  HPIA 3.5 should be available very soon.  I believe there is an issue with syncing the FTP hosting servers.

and then select sp90199.html  for the details about this SoftPaq, and then download sp90199.exe

HPIA 3.5 is currently not available on the FTP server(s).  The issue has been reported to HP IT and they are currently investigating the data sync issue.  We hope to have this corrected as soon as possible.

Yes, SP90119 ( Spectre x360 13 Convertible BIOS Update) is available but the original post is for SP90199 (HPIA 3.5) which is currently not avaialble onb the FTP servers.

HPIA 3.5 is now available.  If you have not downloaded the update please download and check out.  Lots of new features (SDM feature integration and additional command line options).
