Hi Community,
With the ultimate goal of keeping the drivers on our HP computer fleet up to date, we deployed HP Image Assistant via Microsoft Intune to a small group of computers for testing purposes. We implemented this with the following script:
Powershell.exe -ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Command "C:\data\HPIA\HPImageAssistant.exe /Operation:Analyze /Category:All /Selection:All /Action:Install /Silent /ReportFolder:C:\HPIAReport /Softpaqdownloadfolder:C:\HPIASoftpaqs"
This works perfectly for BIOS and firmware. Specifically, for "Intel Video Driver and Control Panel" and "Realtek RTL8xxx Series Bluetooth Driver," these drivers are still detected as outdated by HP Image Assistant and are not automatically installed, despite several days and multiple reboots. I noticed that in HP Image Assistant, these two drivers have the "CVA" icon. Please see screenshot below.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thank you in advance!
