HP EliteBook x360 1030 G2
I couldn't find where to submit a bug report for HP Image Assistant. When trying to run HP Image Assistant with target image "This Computer" and reference image "From HP.com", I get the following error:
There is something wrong with the Target Image configuration file, and it cannot be processed. Ensure you are using the target image configuration file created by HP Image Assistant.
Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: Devices, Imagepal. Line 7166, position 1.
I've manually downloaded a BIOS update and applied that and tried again, same issue. No internet connection issues. I'm not sure what "Imagepal" is.

Welcome to the HP User Community.
First thing, check that you are running the most recent version of HPIA (HP Image Assistant).
If not, remove the old version, Restart the computer, and do update / install the latest version.
Find the new version in Windows Start > Open file location > open HPIA ... usual procedure...
At this writing: HPIA Version 5.1.5 - released back in April 2022
Next, Check that your Windows 10 Operating System is running a supported version of the OS,
that is, supported by HPIA. Usual procedure...
Basics - Likely done:
If you have not done so, consider Restarting everything, including your Router that controls your network.
Make sure you are running HPIA using Admin privilege.
Make sure Windows Updates are current / installed / not "Pending Restart" (unlikely the issue, just FYI)

What if?
There are a smattering of "2022" updates for your machine.
If HPIA fails, consider manually checking and then installing any missing updates / software.
