Hi I bought HP Omen 15 dh0142tx for two days. I have tried to clear any useless software but I don't know HP JumpStart is important.I have deleted it then i found DTS Sound turn into unpurchased.
I have searched how to recover in this community and have founded suggestion from some HP employee.I have reset my laptop and everything come back and working well but after I restarted windows DTS Sound turn into unpurchased again. HP JumpStart has been stuck on " Is your internet working?" words but I can access any web
Could you please help me? I want to use DTS Sound very much. Can it back to me?

It's happen because my laptop serial doesn't register on HP database. Maybe HP JumpStart wasn't working properly
