I know this is a problem others have had but I've never seen the solution. HP JumpStart always starts after I power down. Every time it ends up with a message that there is a problem on their end. There are no options or settings. I've uninstalled JumpStart but it immediately reinstalls. How do I get JumpStart to work or permanently uninstall it?

@RoninFresno
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Have you compleated the registering HP JumpStart to get more efficient support and quicker service? If not. Complete the form and click Register, or click Skip to register later.
- May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.
While you respond to that, let's try updating the system software and check:
Perform Windows Update and HP Support Assistant:
To check for updates now, select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
Install updates from HP Support Assistant: Go to Download HP Support Assistant to install the tool.
- To open HP Support Assistant, double-click the HP Support Assistant icon
.
- Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
- Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
- Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
- Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
- Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Hi. My machine is a pavilion-x360-11m-ad113dx. I have been unable to register JumpStart because JumpStart does not get that far. It runs for awhile until it give the message that something went wrong ontheir end. The only option then is to quit.
HP Support Assistant gave me 8 updates which have now been installled. Windows Update gave me a Win 10 update. After the updates JumpStart still gives the same message.
What to do next?
