HP ryzen 7 13.3"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recent HP LT.  All went well except the "HPJumpStarts" program that tries continusly to install but is unsuccesfull and pops-up this message.   Tried to disable this in system config.  by disableling "HP JumpStart Bridge" but did not work.   Looking for a solution to finally install this program or get rid of it all together.  Thanks.

@arnoud
Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The issue may occur if either the program or the OS is not working properly due to a corrupt system file, normally an OS re-installation should fix such issues, however, it depends on how the OS was reinstalled, if you haven't used the HP Recovery manager (F11) for the re-installation, please Click here for instructions on how to get it done.

If the above doesn't work due to installation using the local/retail copy of windows, I recommend you obtain the HP Recovery Media to delete all the content of the driver, re-create the partition and install a fresh copy of the OEM windows to resolve this issue: Click here to obtain the recovery media

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
