Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Jumpstart was accidently deleted yet it is still listed in SETTINGS > APPS & FEATURES. it is also in the control panel under Programs and features. Is there a way to modify or reinstall the program?

Unfortunately, you cannot reinstall it. If you wish to run it, you'll have to perform a recovery.
