Hello once again dear community!;
I have another problem with this laptop 😞
When I close the lid, or even when I press the power button, the laptop does not go to sleepmode. This problem happens sometimes, because it can be solved with the troubleshooter of windows. It says that the problem is that the laptop takes too much time to go to sleepmode. It changes some values from 1500 to 600 and says that it is solved. when I restart the laptop the problem is indeed solved. But time to time, the problem comes back and the whole procedure has to repeated.
This kind of problem should not be possible for such a high-end laptop should it? I paid nearly 1200 euros for it, but I already have 2 annoying problems.(the other one was with the microphone, see other topic)
Is this a software problem of windows/hp or a hardware problem? because the troubleshooter keeps changing some values that are related to the incoming voltage.
Can someone please give some idea's?
Thank you in advance!

-
Click My devices in the top menu, and then click Updates in the My PC or My notebook pane.
-
Click Check for updates and messages to scan for new updates.
-
Review the list of updates. Updates with a yellow information icon are recommended. Updates with a blue information icon are optional.
-
Click the update name for a description, version number, and file size.
-
Select the box next to any updates you want to install, and then click Download and install.
Next ensure Windows is up to date.
Select the Start button, and then go to Settings > Update & security > Windows Update , and select Check for updates. If Windows Update says your device is up to date, you have all the updates that are currently available
