Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am looking to update the BIOS on a HP Laptop 14-cf2112wm (5T9T7UA) Windows Version 11 23H2 (64-bit) and HP only offers for 21H2, 22H2, and Windows 11. I have reached out to HP and was seeing if the solution can be provided here.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with updating BIOS for your laptop.

 

Kindly refer to the steps on this link to update the printer firmware and let me know if that resolves the issue.

 

Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.

Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.
