Do not reset your PC
If you have that 2021 Lifetime subscription then contact an HP agent or the seller if there is a problem.
Where did you get the laptop?
How to contact an HP agent:
Sign in to your support page
Select the product you need help with and scroll down to support options.
Select "Contact us". You can change country and language if necessary.
===warning about office===
- Lifetime Office:Get a lifetime license for Microsoft Office LTSC Professional Plus 2021 at no cost. Activation is seamless, requiring no product key. This includes Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Access. Please refrain from installing Office 365, as it can render the Office 2021 license invalid.
Instead of resetting your PC you can do a cloud restore
Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 32gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store
