I am trying to activate the Facial Recognition (Windows Hello) in my new laptop but the sign-in options says "This option is currently unavailable".  I am wondering now if the camera with my laptop "HP True Vision 720p HD camera with temporal noise reduction and integrated dual array digital microphones" is not capable?  Thanks in advance!

Hi @mwdelaney

This laptop does not have an IR webcam, you can see that in the Device Manager, you should have two drivers, one IR and one normal driver with the Webcam name. so it cannot use facial recognition.
