Hi everyone,

I'm experiencing an issue on my HP laptop while using my AI tools website, SoperAI The website loads correctly on other devices, but on my HP laptop the pages are slow and some AI tools don't function properly.

HP Device:  elitebook
Operating System: Windows 11
Browser: Chrome 139

I've already tried:

  • Clearing browser cache
  • Updating Chrome
  • Updating Windows
  • Disabling browser extensions

Is there any HP-specific driver, BIOS, graphics, or security setting that could cause this issue?

Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi @Soperai

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query.

I understand that your HP EliteBook is experiencing slow loading and functionality issues specifically with the SoperAI website, while the same website works correctly on other devices. Since you've already cleared the browser cache, updated Chrome and Windows, and disabled browser extensions, I would request you to please follow the steps:

Verify Whether the Issue Is Browser-Specific

  • Open Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
  • Visit the SoperAI website.
  • Check whether the website loads normally and whether all AI tools function correctly.
  • If the issue occurs only in Chrome, reset Chrome:
  • Open Chrome > Settings > Reset settings.
  • Select Restore settings to their original defaults.
  • Restart Chrome and test again.

Update HP Drivers and BIOS

  • Although websites generally do not require HP-specific drivers, outdated system software can affect browser performance and hardware acceleration.
  • Update the following components from the HP Support website or HP Support Assistant:
  • BIOS
  • Intel/AMD Chipset Driver
  • Intel UHD/Iris Xe or AMD Graphics Driver
  • Wireless LAN Driver
  • Intel Management Engine.
  • After installing all updates, restart the notebook.

Test on a Different Network

  • Connect the EliteBook to
  • A mobile hotspot, or
  • Another Wi-Fi network.
  • If the issue disappears, the problem may be related to your current network, firewall, or DNS configuration.

Perform a Clean Boot

  • Background applications may interfere with Chrome.
  • Press Windows + R, type msconfig, and press Enter.
  • On the Services tab:
  • Check Hide all Microsoft services.
  • Click Disable all.
  • Open the Startup tab and select Open Task Manager.
  • Disable all startup applications.
  • Restart the computer and test the website.

Create a New Chrome Profile

  • A corrupted Chrome profile can cause website-specific issues.
  • Open Chrome.
  • Click your profile icon.
  • Select Add to create a new profile.
  • Sign in and test the SoperAI website.

Hope this helps, Please revert if the issue persists.

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.
