I just purchase a new HP Laptop and also purchased Cyberlink YouCam 9. In short....YouCam 9 cannot access the HP TrueVision HD Camera. The OS is Windows 11 Home. I have this same software running on every machine in our office and works great. All products are HP Machines running WIndows 10 and Windows 10 Pro. This laptop is the first with Windows 11 Home. I have another HP Laptop running Windows 10 and no problems with that laptop and YouCam 9. When I look at the software on the product site it mentions that it supports Windows 10 and 8 etc. However, I did not notice if it supported Windows 11. I have done the routine fixes, install, uninstall, driver updates etc. You name it, it was done. Checked all the selectable switches in windows setting and they are fine. The integrated HD Camera works fine on it's own, however, it does not work at all with YouCam 9. I found a post with the same problem, but it was Windows 10 OS, however, a post of resolving the problem was not noted, even though they mentioned the problem was solved. Any assistance is appreciated. I have contacted Cyberlink to ask for their assistance on the same. If anyone know of the fix...I thank you in advance for your assistance.

Please ask CyberLink. Looks like Youcam 9 only supports up to Windows 10
