Lets try to explain this problem in English....

Hello,

I've been experienceing a weird bug/ problem with my computer since i bought it!

It seems like FPS is dropping randomly every 2 minutes for 3 seconds in different programs, examples:

Youtube: when watching a youtube video the video freezes/stutteres every 2 minutes (audio keeps playing).

Native gaming: Running a steady 125 fps on an older Call of Duty, but then it suddenly drops down to 20/30 for a few seconds. VERY FRUSTATION IN COMPEDITIVE GAMING BTW!.

Gaming on Geforce Now: A cloud gaming platform where you stream a game to your computer. It also has te same problem were it freezes and gives me a network error saying: "high packets loss"

Music production: I'm using FL Studio to make music (big projects). I also have the lag problem here but it says the CPU isn't at its max. The programs suddenly studders and get a lot of overload sounds.

Notes:

The problems seems to happen MORE when charging.
My internet is fine, i have a steady 80mb/s

So i already tried the simple solutions:

- Updating all drivers and windows.

- Following the HP Support guides

- Tried al Windows problem solvers (couldnt find anything).

- Changed everything to performance (all the powerplans etc).

- Did virus and malware scans (fixed all)

- Deleted all anti-virus programs.

- Tried messing around with internet settings.

So i found a thing or to that makes me suspicious:

- The program "Windows Audio Device Graph Isolation" seems to not work properly. Audio start playing after a few seconds and sometimes i have to restart (end it in tast manager) the program because the sound is bugged; no bass --> very hard to explain in words.

- Can't open "Intel Grapics Settings" when you right click on your desktop. It starts but it says "initialising", and then closes itself.

I read something about this on the forum but i couldent get it fixed.

I have no clue what to do next, PLEASE HELP!
