Greetings,
My pavilion laptop having a USB driver issue. It cannot install correctly. Besides, the driver status in Device Manager is "Unknown device". I have done some simple uninstall and restart system guided by HP support. They told me to do system recovery and reinstall Windows 7. But this is the last option until I try out all solution. Because there is many important folders inside this hard drive.
Below is my laptop serial and product number, attach with some screenshot as well:

I got the driver from the HP Probook 450 G3 business-class notebook.
But it was the previous version driver, not the current one that shows up on the support page.
I have noticed that many HP notebooks with the Intel 5th generation core processors have issues with the USB drivers not getting installed properly.
I had given the driver I gave to you, and it always seems to work
