HP Laptop 15-DB0005DX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Yes bought the HP Laptop 15 inch and everything seems to work fine but it wont work with my Cannon imageCLASS D320.  It just wont print just keeps giving me an "Error" when I try and print.  It's the same version of Windows as the other computers in my office so I know the Laser printer works with Windows 10.  Does anyone know why a printer would work on other HP laptops but not on my new HP Laptop 15-DB0005DX?

 

I've reinstalled the drivers, uninstalled them re-installed them and nothing.  So basically i'm using my old HP computer instead of my new one because I can't print.

Thank you for posting in the HP Support Community.

 

This is not a problem from the laptop itself (the hardware itself). It is either driver / software / Microsoft issue

or a hardware issue with the printer

The problem is I have two other HP Laptops hooked to this same printer same version of Windows, same driver and they both work fine.  I don't understand how it can be the printer or the driver if i'm using the same version as my other two HP laptops.  I did try  and uninstall the driver and reinstall but that did not help.
