HP Local Administrator

The name on my computer says HP Local Administrator - how do I change that to my own name? Screenshot attached.How can I change this from HP Local Account Administrator to my own name?

Is this a "demo" PC that you purchased from a store?

Asking because HP PCs do not come with an account already preloaded; instead, they come in "setup mode" whereby when you first turn it on, it prompts for account information and then creates THAT account.

If this were mine, I would return it to where I bought it and demand a "clean" replacement -- one with no accounts preloaded.
