HP Recommended

I have encountered this issue for months, contacted HP tech. Support- provided an image of HP Logo filling my MacBook pro max  Screen while booting, then disappears. Until this day (September30, 2024) I haven’t received any explanation. I wonder if HP is tracking their own customers. PLEASE RESPOND. THANKS.
