ProBook 6470b
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

so I updated Windwos 10 to version 1803. My device is a ProBook 6470b.

Since then the "HP 3D DriveGuard Software" was deinstalled.

I tried many versions but I can't install the driver. I also tried the "HP SoftPaq Download Manager" without succes.

Hardware ID's:

ACPI\HPQ6000

*HPQ6000

Anyone who can help me with this problem?

-Stephan

Try the Windows 10 versions of the drivers that are available in the Microsoft Update catalog at the following link.

Doesnt work.

I have the 3D Drive Guard Version 5.2.1.1 and I get Device Manager Code 48.

That is the best I can do for you at the moment.

The issue that we are all facing is that Windows 10 gets updated and breaking the driver functionality.

I suggest that you keep watching the Windows Catalog to see when a newer driver that works for your version of Windows and your notebook.
