Hello LECOMPTE, I leave you the link of the Bios driver HP Notebook System BIOS Update (N75), try to install it.
I also leave you two tools for updating and troubleshooting.

Sorry would let me down load, first link download but failed on restart (don’t know BOIS password) second link failed and third link downloaddd - now can’t use keyboard . Please any suggestions would be appreciated, it’s a nightmare.

1) only can use arrow keys (return, up and down, ESP, cttrl and windows.

mousepad works sometimes and then warning ⚠️ application not to use on system.

If you don't know the bios password, I think you won't be able to update the bios.
