HP Notebook - 14-ck0130tu
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi team,

I'm trying to downgrade my OS from Windows 10 to Windows 7. Downloaded a Windows 7 ISO however, when setting up, I've encountered an error stating that the device drivers are missing. Checked online and found this article below. It seems that I need to download a driver package as a whole.  Here's the prompt in the CMD after entering this "dism /image:mount /add-driver:USB /recurse". Thanks in advance!

Hi:

You cannot install or run W7 on a notebook with an Intel® Pentium® Silver N5000 processor for several reasons.

Even if you could, there would be no drivers for anything important.  Graphics, audio, Wi-Fi, USB 3.x, touchpad...

Intel did not develop any W7 drivers for that platform including the storage controller drivers you are missing to install W7.
